RENTAL TERMS

The leaseholder agrees to pay the rent upon receiving the bicycle. The leaseholder agrees to leave identification as deposit.

The leaseholder is expected to take care of the bicycle in the same manner as a careful person looks after his or her own bicycle, taking special caution and care when cycling.

The leaseholder is responsible for the bicycle and the accessoires therein contained to their full value until the bicycle is returned.

The leaseholder is liable for damages.

The leaseholder is expected to obey the valid Finnish traffic regulations. Greenbike takes no economical nor other responsibility for any inconvenience or damage caused by the leaseholder during the rental period of the bicycle.

The bicycle is to be returned to the agreed place at the end of the rental period. The bicycle must not be taken out from Finland.

Greenbike is entitled to cancel the contract during the rental period, if it has been shown that the leaseholder will not carry out the terms of the contract.
